Poll: How many fittings?

Because I'm so wedding occupied now that it's getting to the wire, I thought I'd start a poll... How many fittings did it take to get your dress perfect?

I'll start since I just had #3 with Christine Hoyt last night and we're going for #4 next week...hopefully 4. I don't think I can take another one! I need the dress to be done!

I had 2.  One for pinning and it would've been the last one but I think she dropped a pin out of the hem and needed me to come back in to get it just right.  Otherwise I would've only needed one.    But I only had hemming, bra cups sewn in and an 8 point bustle.

Two. The first fitting is for pinning. My dress was perfect at the second fitting. Some girls require 3 fittings because the alterations are more complicated.

I'm using CH Studios as well & have my 4th fitting next Monday.  I had LOTS of work done to my dress so I understand that it has taken a little longer but I sure hope its done next week as promised b/c I need to have it pressed & ready to go by the 26th!

I had 3, one for the bustle and hem, the second one to fix the hem because part of it was too short, and the third and final fitting last week.

I only had two, the first was to mark the hem, then the second was to pin on the lace-up (but my mom did everything, so it wasn't a hassle to go to her house!)

Good to know! I was feeling like 4 was too many since I wasn't supposed to have that much work done on my dress, but it seems like I'm not that far off the avg.
