Honeymoon Destinations...Bahamas anyone?

Has anyone been to or planning on going to the Bahamas on a vacation/honeymoon? We think we're going to the Sheraton Nassau Resort for 6 or 7 nights and Atlantis Resort for 2 or 3... anyone have any rants or raves for or against the Bahamas? ...just curious! Thanks ladies...hope you're enjoying your weekends!

    We just got back from the Bahamas last week.  It was really, really nice there!!  Right now it is their 'cold' season which means it was high 80's and humid.  SOOO not cold to us!  :)  But we loved it.  All the people in Nassau are super nice and really friendly.  I would recommend it.  We stayed at Sandals which was UBER nice.  The island itself is rather small.  21 miles x 9 miles.  But there is stuff to do.  Snorkel, scuba, island tours, boat trips, etc.  I'm sure your hotels can hook you up with lots of to do's.  If you like fish, go to the fish fry.  If you ride the 10 bus (which is the main street on the island, only $1.25/pp) it'll take you right to it.  Local food at the local restaurants which was nice for us since all our food was inclusive with Sandals and we didn't want to eat the same things every day.  We had a blast!  And other islands are only minutes away by boat if you want to venture.
