WHAT THE F***!

I have been working out like a madman, I hardly eat out anymore and I just tried on my dress tonight and its tight! CRAP! What is going on? I tried it on like a month ago and it was fine.....I better just be swollen. I'm not pregnant either. haha Freaking Fabulous, looks like I better add a couple of days to the gym routine. Anyone else having this problem? What do I do? I know I have some time but this is just maddening.

  • Eat less calories than you burn. Drink a lot of water. Avoid processed foods. Get a lot of protein.

  • I do need to up the water, that's for sure. I know I haven't been getting enough of  that. It's my fault...I'm a coffee and tea addict.

  • Coffee is supossed to help you lose weight according to an article I read on yahoo. The caffiene helps boost your metabolism. I'll have to find the article and post it on here.
  • Was it your time of the month when you tried the dress on? Without giving TMI, at the beginning of the week (just before I started) I was 3 lbs heavier and seriously bloated than at by Friday when my period started.

    You still have time girl. You can do anything in 3 months. If worst comes to the worst you can do a juice detox/cleanse or get those inch reduction treatments at the salon.

    Where there's a will, there's a way. Be strict and keep going!!

  • If you're a coffee and tea girl, definitely switch over to skim milk.  It'll cut out extra calories.

    Coffee is a natural appetite suppressant and diuretic, but when you add in the calore from sugar and the calories/fat from milk products, it can be pretty unhealthy for you.

    Water!  Lots of fiberous foods (apples, pears, peaches, veggies; protein)  It'll help.

  • Also coffee dehydrates you, for every cup of coffee you drink you should drink 2 cups of water.

  • If your close to your time of the month then you will be bloated. Once I started losing weight and weighting myself i found out that I gain 2lbs right after ovulation and then another 4 right before I come on. Eevn if that the reason for it then try drinking more water. When I was pregnant the doc told me the more water in means the more water out. Try some spanx, especially if "aunt flow" is due to be in town during your wedding.
