Our carpets were in desperate need of vacuuming today, and when I busted out the Dyson I found that the beater bar at the bottom wasn't rotating and thus my beloved DC25 Animal was useless! Our vacuum is definitely covered under warranty and we have all the necessary paperwork, but sine it's a Sunday Dyson's customer service line was closed when we called. I know that someone here has lots of vacuum experience...is there anything we can do on short notice before calling tomorrow? I am very grumpy about the excess dog hair I know have to deal with on my lovely floors and area rugs :P
