I am not sure I understand this question. I notice who likes and comments, and honestly it is mostly knotties.  I post stuff to tell people things, but I don't intentionally post to get a reaction.

The only reason I would notice someone liked something I posted is because of the notification I get on facebook. But other than that, I wouldn't even notice or care haha.

By the first option I meant for example, my post from this morning... "Certificate arrived yesterday :)"  Some people would get mad/annoyed if it wasn't acknowledged in some way or if it wasn't acknowledged by certain people. They read into the lack of response that people are uninterested or unsupportive.

I answered the first one. But it's a combination of the first and third. I post things for myself mainly - but I do notice who likes/comments. Although for the most part I never get annoyed - I've limited my facebook to people I know (either in RL or on TK) and really am only friends with people I like.

I do confess I get annoyed at my sister's comments sometimes - just the over abundance of likes/comments.

EDIT: After reading your explanation, I should have just chosen #2... haha makes sense though.

Same as Nicole. I just know because of the notification at the top of the page.

I know people who expect people to comment/like certain things that are posted.  I usually just like things, I don't comment too much. But my one friend posts things to get a reaction out of people and gets annoyed that I don't give into it.

I only get annoyed when the response to a post is uncalled for! B2B knows what I'm talking about!

I voted 3 by accident but I meant to hit 2.  I don't get the emails though, I stopped that after a week on facebook.  I thought it was annoying.  I just notice the notification on facebook.  I think it's fun when someone random that I hardly talk to posts on my facebook but otherwise, I don't keep track.

BTW, thanks Hil for entertaining me tonight.  I got home late b/c a kid peed on my cell phone (I'm not kidding) and I had to hit verizon on the way home to get a new one.
