Good morning all! I am feeling chipper at the moment because it was a little warm this morning and because today is my Friday

Bean - DH and I hand-addressed our invites too and I am glad we did. Neither of us have fabulous handwriting, but I liked how personalized it was - even the crooked ones!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I play 2nd base, and for the most part I don't get a lot of stuff hit to me too hard, but every once in a while I get one. I never used to be scared of the ball until I got nailed in the head playing co-ed in college. Our league has banned a bunch of bats this year though in order to lower how hard the guys can hit the ball, so that's helpful.

And yeah, if I was on a team with people I didn't know, I would feel a lot worse when I blow a play. I don't think I know enough girls who play to form a team, although there apparently is one in Delco somewhere.

Madam - I do too. I just wish FI had even semi-legible handwriting. He basically just watched me write them all out.

I have a new neighbor! The house 2 down from me has been vacant and for sale for over a year now and someone finally bought it. There are a bunch of work trucks, etc outside now. I *think* I saw the couple who bought it and they're pretty young looking, which makes me happy because we are at least 15-20 years younger than our youngest neighbors and a good 40-50 years younger than most! I really hope they move in soon.

Um, BP- today is the 21st... We know what that means! Fingers crossed for a non wiggly baby, and legs not crossed!

Good morning ladies.
Slept in and will be spending hours today writing more papers.
I am 1/3 done one and about 3/4 done the other.
My goal is to finish one of them today and the other tomorrow.

I am lurking here a little from now until the end of this month, but not posting much...

Bean--if you don't mind a bit of a drive... go to Premier Wine & Spirits.  It's a little south of Wilmington, but it's awesome.  Ask for Chip.  He's a genious when it comes to wines.  That's the only place that I'll shop for wine in Delaware.

I'm sending my invites out today. Eek.

RA - Thanks! I'll try there instead. I'm pretty close to the DE border, so that's not very far at all. Yay for sending out invites!! I'll be doing that in just a few days

If you know where the Buffalo Wild Wings on Limestone Road is... it's right next door.  It's pretty much on the corner of Kirkwood Highway (Rt 2) and Limestone Rd (Rt 7).   Ask for Chip... and tell him Gina from Thirsty Thursday sent you.  Maybe he'll be nice to you

Paprika - Thanks! I would do MD if I was supplying my own, but my wine has to come from the venue. I am sampling some of the upgrades since the house wines are (to sound totally snotty) well below my expecations. Thankfully, with all the mess up with the hotel part of our venue, they are giving us the wine upgrades for free.
