ANYONE KNOW OF ANY BYOBS IN PHILLY THAT HAVE GREAT FOOD, BUT WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO SPEND A TON???

Bella Cena on 15th & Spruce - large tables - good for groups - they let you linger (LOL)
La Viola is also a great choice (as mentioned above)

I second La Viola, also La Baia Bistro, and Gnocchi.  I've been to all of them and they're all great!
