bride and groom chair signs for reception

Hi ladies,

Maybe some of you can help me out with this. I am looking for signs to go on the back of our chairs for the reception that either say Bride and Groom or Just Married. I was on Etsy and didn't see anything I liked (most of them were made out of wood?!) and I just want the simple tie on kind like below (hope this pip works)


Does anyone know where I can get these? Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks!

Except I probably would have flunked kindergarten art if it weren't for my other grades :P  I still can't draw a straight line lol.

I am not terribly crafty B2B but maybe with some assistance I could do this, and for pretty cheap too. Think I could find the materials and all at a craft store? I know some people are all into DIY and I would be if I were good at that kind of thing.

I have a set that I bought from A.C. Moore. It has Bride, Groom, Best Man, Maid of Honor, MOB, FOB, MOG, FOG.
THey are a yellowish/cream color with gray wording. They are one of many things I have been meaning to list for sale if your interested.

All it is really is a piece of paper you print from the computer that you. I can make them haha.

Yeah - buy nice paper at AC Moore and print from your printer.

I made mine by printing it out on cardstock and then attatched another cardstock on the back with  double sided tape.

Ok so this doesn't sound too difficult so maybe I will take a leap of faith and try to DIY. 

JennyinYellow- do you have a pic of your chair signs? My only concern would be the color coordinating with the rest of my decor.  TIA!
