9 months before. Too early I am sure buuut our engagement is like 2.5 years and I was anxious haha. I was also a little worried with summer and vacations and all.

I'm antsy, so I sent mine out last month or so. Mine is very close to Christmas though, so it made more sense for me. That way people who alternate families for Christmas knew which one they would be going to this year.

I got married in July, which is a very popular vacation month for my family. I sent my out about 8 months just to give everyone a heads up-- DON"T SCHEDULE YOUR VACA ON JULY 17th

I think I sent ours out around 7 months. It wasn't a special weekend or anything.

I'll be sending them out by the end of this week. FI slacked on getting addresses, so we'll hopefully be doing that all day tomorrow while I hopefully have off due to the snow.

We just sent ours out on Saturday so 9 months. We are getting married Columbus Day weekend. Not a big holiday but still a three day weekend for most people so they may plan something
