I just saw this place and it looks amazing!  Indoor AND outdoor pools? That's ridiculous!  The only catch, no pets so it wouldn't have worked for me.  But I wanted to share with everyone.

Rental rates also just came out for Cinco Palmas (17BR complex in Nags Head).  The rental rates for what it is are pretty good but they were still higher than us renting a 9BR and an 8BR across the beach road. This one is pet friendly

Thanks Keb! I was really interested in this house before but gave up and basically forgot about it when I couldn't get any info out of the rental place.  The rates are very affordable for the amount of people it sleeps!  thanks for bringing it back to my attention

We asked about Cinco Palmas a couple of weeks ago, and Outer Banks Blue said the property is no longer available for weddings or events. We were hoping to be able to have a beach ceremony and home reception, so Cinco Palmas is definitely out! 

We also looked at two homes in Nags Head that would be ideal: Seahorse 7 (8 bedrooms, through Seaside Vacations) and GypSeas in the Palace (7 bedrooms, through Village Realty). Both these houses are within walking distance from one another, and would be ideal for an event from what FI and I saw when we were down last weekend.
