ladies, I am excited to receive my DVD but wanted to post a warning about how the knot charges as standard practice:
I just noticed I was charged twice for the DVD, 180, and when I called customer service they said they charge once as a " hold," then again when the order ships because it's " easier for them." The representative said my second charge would " drop off in a few days, but if not I can call my bank, get a fax number for them, call the knot back and ask them to contact them."
Obviously none of this is acceptable practice, but more importantly, be sure you have the funds to cover the double charge. Luckily i do but you might find yourself with overdraft fees or broke!
