Ordered cupcakes for my bridal shower from them. When the initial order showed up completely wrong, they offered to redo and deliver to the shower. Second batch showed up late, cupcakes still warm from over with icing melting, and were STILL wrong. 
When I went to the store afterward to see if we could get a refund, we were told to call back on monday. On monday we were accused of lying and told no action could be taken unless we showed them proof. Once my wedding photographer sent over pictures, Doll's simply stopped returning our phone calls. We called once a day for a week and whoever we spoke too always said the same thing, "I can't help you," or "I don't know, but someone will call you back." I finally got a promise that the owner, John Doll, was aware of the problem and would be calling me. Guess what? Still waiting.
