You know what really sucks? HST.

Per person costs are a hell of a lot higher after gratuity and HST. Just felt like ranting.

    We ended up bringing in our own wine and champagne. The corkage fee + 15% service charge + HST was still less per bottle. The wines were much better quality than what was offered at the venue. We calculated that we saved around $1000.
