Welcome to the board! You know, for some reason the fact that there's a Fri the 13th in our month seriously slipped by me! Lol! I think there might be a few 13th ladies, I'm the 21st but something tells me I've seen that date before.

Welcome to the board!  Our wedding is July 21st.  Did you know that every month that starts on a Sunday has a Friday the 13th?  Just a little strange fact I found out a while ago.

No real reason for the date, we just fell in love with a venue and the availability was limited!  I work outdoors in the summer and I knew that later in July and in August I would be busier, so the 13th it was.  Did you chose it for any reason?

Congrats and thanks!  I have a pretty good start on planning, but I am in grad school so stuff kind of went on hold a bit this semester.  We have a ceremony and reception venue, officient, DJ, cake (cupcakes), centerpieces, caterer (though we still have to choose food after the New Year), couple of DIY projects done or in the works, I have my dress and we have the BM dresses picked out but not ordered yet, hmmm that might be it for big stuff.  Anyone see anything big that I am missing?

My next tasks to tackle are flowers (I've met with a couple florists, but want to meet with a few more), getting the BM dresses ordered after the holidays, and STDs (if we decide to do them). I am planning from out of town so that makes things more complicated, but my local board has been extremely helpful with recommendations and such so that helps a lot!

Where is everyone else at?  Love the accountability post btw, does that happen weekly?
