HI Williamsport was our second choice reception venue.  The place was beautiful and the people we worked with when exploring it as an option were really wonderful.  From what I remember (this was almost 2 years ago) it was about $41 per person but that included unlimited wine/beer, appetizers, meal, and cake.  The thing I loved the most about the venue was that everything was taken care of and while the per person price was a bit higher, it incorporated everything I needed and wound up being a very similar price to other venues once you factored everything in.Also if you're looking in the Williamsport area,  I'm not sure if you have or are even thinking of cakes but I would HIGHLY suggest my cake baker, Becky of Barb & Becky's confections.  Her cakes tasted amazing and she was a wonderful price.  All of her contact information can be found at http://www.myspace.com/barbandbeckysconfections

Somewhat off topic, but one other resource I thought of that I figured I'd pass on is Pure Luxe Bridal Consultants, they do day of wedding coordination.  I'm not sure if you're interested in that kind of thing or not, but a friend of mine used them for her wedding and was incredibly pleased and doesn't know how she could have pulled of her wedding day without them.  Their website is http://www.wix.com/pureluxebride/pureluxebride if you're interested and one of their consultants is right in the Williamsport area.  Hope that helps!

I looked into the James as well, and I think I still have the doc they sent me with pricing info. I can email it to you if you want! Just need your address.

Whoops, nevermind - I no longer have the pricing doc. If I remember correctly, though, the meals were around $40 per head, $60 with open bar built in.

Thank you! The price was my concern and I kind of wanted to know that before I looked any further into it...pretty reasonable.  And Suss--I haven't decided whether I'll be using a consultant or not.  It's something I'm thinking about, so thanks for that info!
