    i think i may  be ok for now.  i did a buit more reading and research and i think the problem is the hormones are still in me to an extent, although i just got my period again today at the end of my second chart, so everything is "working" as far as ovulation and my my period.   it makes sense, i was on the thing for 10+ years, you dont just get rid of it like that.  i do think i have the "stair step" pattern as my temp spikes for three days both months only a few degrees above the coverline, then it really spikes.  so, i plan to wait until the 3rd day of the heightend temp in the second spike just to be safe.curious to see how my 3rd chart plays out.if you do have those sections scanned, i'd love to see them tho.  my email is beachbum1977007 at yahoo.THANKS!
