Addressing Invite to Priest

I'm confused. Most sites I see say that you shouldn't write "The Reverend Father" Soandso but a particular Catholic site that has all the Eastern Catholic salutations (in fact the only one I could find with Eastern stuff) said that "The Reverend Father" Soandso is correct.

Hmm.  I've always heard that just "The Rev. _____" is appropriate -- and "Father _____" on the inner envelope.  However, that's the Roman practice.  I have no idea what the proper Eastern salutation would be.Have you gotten your dispensation issue worked out yet?

Have you gotten your dispensation issue worked out yet? No. :( I did, however, try to call the local priest. I got the stereotypical church secretary lady who screens calls. I left a message explaining the situation and saying that our priest would be contacting him. I also contacted the Diocese, but haven't heard back yet. 77 days!

We didn't do inner envelopes, and just put Father soandso. If no one here can you give you proper eastern salutation, you could always ask someone working in the church and see if they point you in the right direction.
