    Natural Family Planning.Basically, an understanding of your individual cycle to abstain during those periods of fertility or to try during those times, depending on if you are trying for a baby or not.  It isn't the rythem method, though, because it has to do with the indivudual woman, and the signs of ovulation (temp, discharge, etc).I no longer cycle, so Im not the one to ask for particulars, but thats the basics.
