Non mass wedding???'s

My FI is Catholic, however I am not. We are getting married in the Catholic church so it will be recognized. I had a question regarding our programs though.We have been allowed to basically write our own ceremony. We have been given a book for guidance by the church. I am doing programs for our guests. I am not sure the format. Can someone help me? I tried looking through my scrapbook things but couldn't find a program from any of the other weddings I have been to. And when I ask the priest who is marrying us he always answers us whatever you would like. Thanks for the input.

I'm Catholic and my FI isn't, so we are also just doing a ceremony.  The Deacon at my church is marrying us, and he went through the format with us because we had to pick out everything from a list that they had.  I found a link with an example, but I think ours may even be a little different than that.  (Just google Catholic ceremony program for more) http://weddings.about.com/od/invitations/a/Catholicprogram.htmIf he have you a book for guidance I am guessing that there are readings to choose from, etc.  Just go off of that, otherwise try sitting down with him to go through it specifically.

i pretty much copied this program: http://www.catholicbrides.com/images/wide/products/pdf_2.jpgexcept I took out the eucharist part (there are other programs that will show you what to include). I had my church check off my mock-up before printing them though, because I had a few things out of place. If you give me your email, I would be happy to pass along my .doc of my program.

http://www.weddingprogramsfast.com/ also has good templates that you can copy, and show the basic format and order for the ceremony.  Just leave out the communion part.
