I noticed that you said you didn't have a vocalist perform at your wedding.  Our priest has strongly advised us to hire a vocalist although we prefer not to have one.  How did that go for you?  Were you happy with that decision?  We're still leaning toward no vocalist, but I wanted to hear about your experience.

    it worked out just fine.  we had a latin mass to boot, and the organ was more than enough.  in all honesty, other than the one song i chose (i let the organist pick all but our processional) i didnt even notice the organ music.
