GTGs are fun I have been to one and I tried to plan one but I got a big FAIL lol.

I'm glad so many people are interested.  Where do you think a good place would be? We could meet for drinks.  The only places I can think of are Houlihans and The Gas Station.  Any suggestions/opinions of those places?  Would this weekend be good or next weekend? Fridays/Saturdays good?

Well this coming weekend is Easter so this weekend probably wouldn't be very good. I'd go more towards the middle of April that way anyone who needs to make arrangements with FIs can do so. Like the 10th or 17th. I think the last one that was put together was done at The Gas Station but it doesn't matter to me either way. I know where Houlihans is but I've never been. 

I've heard that Shakey's is half decent I think thats in Hershey?

Is anyone opposed to Shakey's? We don't necessarily have to meet in Hershey.  I want something convenient for everyone.  I think April 17th would be a good day.

i personally love the liter long islands at houlihans but shakeys (now called the over time cafe) is good or the gas station. im up for whatever!

I love Houlihan's and their food and drinks are to die for! I could arrange off at work but would need to know 3 weeks in advance. I'd probably only be available for the last weekend in April/1st weekend in May, Saturday only.

I'm good for any weekend. I am coming from the Lebanon area so Hershey is closer than Harrisburg lol. I also don't care where we go Shakey's Houlihans or Gas Station all sound fine to me. Never been to any of them

I think Houlihan's might be best if it's a nice day just because they have a nice place to sit outside.  Does April 17th work?  What times are good?

I'm okay with any location. I'm not too familiar with the Hershey area so I have no opinions.

I think May would actually be better because most will be out of school and for those who work weekends and need to have a few weeks notice to ask off can ask off. 

Sophi- I'd start a new thread asking for e-mails, vintage makes a great point with the safety thing. You never know who might be lurking out there. Then we can set a date, place and time through the e-mail. Maybe do beginning of May? Just a thought
