Good morning, everyone -
Sorry I've been absent for a few days...it was a rough week, food and exercise wise! My new job was officially announced, so we had pizza for dinner one night and my friends took me to lunch the next. I did walk twice, using my front/side/back routine, which really left me sore - boy, am I out of shape! Also it's been freezing cold here, and my house is not heated very well, which is not conducive to exercise.
But, again I remain undaunted...so today my goal is to eat well. I would like to walk but it will depend on when we get back from the car dealership - I am having a minor repair done to my truck and we are looking at new vehicles for my fiance - because I am singing at church tonight (I cantor about every other weekend).
Tomorrow I definitely want to get a workout in. Then we have a long weekend, since Monday is MLK day.
