Processional

Who tradtionally would walk my mother down the isle during the processional? I am doing the traditional way of my dad walking me down the isle so I don't know who to put my mom with. Any suggestion?

i think you can still have your dad seat her.
My husband seated my mother, who is widowed, tehn came back to walk with me.

If you are having a ceremony in the Catholic church, you may want to read some information provided in a post on who's walking you down the aisle.  The USCCB outlines specific instructions on this matter.  In short, both parents should walk down the aisle with you.

Does your church or priest have any "rules" about it? If not, ask your mother what her preference is, then do that.

My brother walked my mother down the aisle at my wedding. He was also a groomsman, so he looped around and came back to escort a BM.

MY MIL was escorted by one of our groomsman that she had basically raised with my husband. We asked her to decide who would walk her down the aisle and she picked the GM, but her secondary choice was one of her brothers, or one of her Godsons.

I don't think the church cares too much about it. She can walk alone if she would like to. I'd leave it up to her.
