Must ask questions for your Videographer

Hi Ladies. I was wondering what must ask questions I should be asking my videographer. I am interviewing a couple on Thursday. I just want to make sure I am covering all my bases and find one that will work well in the church and get the desired product. Any suggestions of what I should ask?

How much freedom for movement do they need? (Your church might have restrictions)

Do they need to set up their own sound recording equipment?

How much time do they need to set up before the ceremony?

Have they done a Catholic wedding before? (Not crucial, but always nice to know that they'll know how to respect some of the customs, and also know what's most important to capture.)

I'd ask to see an example of a church wedding they shot.  Almost all churches have rules that the camera be in the back, not move around and have no extra lighting.  YOu need to make sure your camera guy can get good video while following these rules.

Do you have two operators recording?  It's my understanding that you should try to have two operators as opposed to one.
Do you record in HD/ is it dvd or blue ray?
    Who owns the copyright?
Do they have a sample ceremony/reception that you can view?  One company sent me a couple's entire ceremony and reception.  Most others sent a dvd of samples.  Two others had me come in to view the ceremony/reception.
