My fiance and I have found a reception location that we are both in love with (!) After only a few days of seeing it in person we have a lot of ideas for many important aspects of the ceremony and reception (if the location in question is chosen both the ceremony and reception would be there). The major hurdle we have for the location is that it is very rural and the closest motels and hotels are at least 20 miles away. (Many guests will probably be consuming alcohol.) What is an acceptable way to deal with this? We have thought about renting a "party bus" to shuttle guests from reception to hotel... Any thoughts on this or other suggestions?
