Venues in Chicago

My wedding is (hopefully) in September and we're having a hard time finding a venue that's around $5000 or less, and allows you to bring your own alcohol. Does anyone have any ideas? I've found quite a few places that are now booked, but we're crossing our fingers and hoping to find something.

Check out Loft on Lake.  They quoted approx. $4k for a Saturday night and you can bring your own alchohol and even caterers, though IIRC there is a small surcharge for using vendors not on their preferred caterer list.  It's a great space for the right couple - urban-ish but not un-polished.  We loved it but decided to do something more DIY.  Also, the customer service to the extent we experienced it was professional and thoughtful.
