New years eve Wedding, help with venue???

Hi, Well here it goes, I need help finding a venue for my wedding which will be Dec. 31, 2013 which is a tue. I will have alot of out of town guests so I plan to have a weekendwhich will actually be from sun. Night to wed. filled with activities. I would like a venue that has accomodations in a area that has lots of winter activities....., I live in NYC but I have narrowed the search down to Poconos, PA and Somewhere in New Jersey..... I'm still open to NY venues but it seems like no luck because of my date....... As of right now my guest list is at 250 and we are still adding..... Pleaseeeeeeeeee any information, opinions, and ideas you may have please feel free to share..... I really just need help with venue suggestions as of the moment..... Thanks in advance!!

You may want to post this in Northeastern PA.  Locally maybe Hershey Hotel or one of the Ski lodges near Gettysburg area?

You might want to take a look at Lancaster, PA venues.  The Inn at Leola Village and The Eden Resort are great venues.  The Lancaster Marriott is also very nice.  Hershey, PA has lots of options, too.  The Hotel Hershey is beautiful...there is also The Hershey Lodge and the Antique Auto Museum.  Hope this helps!  Good luck with the planning!

the double tree resort.. its right out side of lanc on willow street..it has indoor pools a full golf course and always alot going on.. plus it has ON SITE cermony chapel... we are getting married this dec an thats where we booked- it was the best over all for our out of town guests.

Thanks so much but I wanted to be more in the poconos, but I wanted a venue more modern not a wooden look!!!!! Yikes this is harder than I imagine especially since I live in new York......
