Vendors definitely stalk us around the boards as vendors and not engaged folks!

possibly. i was wondering that when i read your thread last night.

but TK has a new policy now that if a bride posts a review or comment on the vendor, the vendor now can contact knot annie and can rebut it. they will then be allowed to post their rebuttal.

if KA thinks it gets out of hand, she wont allow them to rebut and she will delete your OP.

so basically, there is no reason a vendor should be stalking boards anymore and pretending to be a bride.

did they only post on yours? ive seen a few new s/n's the last few days and didnt really register a lot of them.

Red, this is regarding my "vent" below.

Stees, yes, the only post that person has ever made was in regards to MY vent. Very questionable. I wonder if I should report? I really don't know what the reporting guidelines are. Hmm.

well i read up on the rules.

it says that vendors are not allowed to post except through KA and that vendors should not pose as a bride.

i'd say, dont report it but i would craft an email to KA at messageboards at theknot dot com and basically tell her all of your suspicions. 

however, it also says in the rules that brides are not supposed to talk badly about vendors aside from warning other brides of bad apples in the wedding business and that vent posts are subject to removal.

so, if you do email KA you may then be subject to your post being removed. i doubt you would be banned, but its possible.

I'm posting on my AE because I don't want things I say to come back to get me, but YES, 100% there are vendors posting on this board pretending to be brides. Mollynagem is the one that comes to mind for me.
