Happy Thursday! So I have a question for you ladies! If you live in Brandon, or North Riverview (and you don't mind telling me) Which neighborhood do you live in? Do you like it? How close are you to the interstate?Even better are there any house for rent that you've seen?Our lease is up in October and we decided we want to rent again (we were going to buy, however FI job might move, and we don't want to get stuck with a house).We want to move back to Brandon, but I'm having an impossible time trying to find a place!(it doesn't help that i'm dying to live in the Pavillion Subdivision and they're not any house for rent right now!)TIA ladies!

My FI now lives very close to Brandon, even though the address is Tampa.  There are TONS of houses for rent!!!  Do I like it?  I like Sarasota better   Is it convenient for my FI?  YES, he can take back roads downtown for work and be there in 15-20 minutes. And it is right off the interstate when we go back and forth from Sarasota to Tampa! It is about 2 minutes from the 254 exit off I-75.  It is 10 minutes to the Brandon Mall. It is near the Pavillion neighborhood at 301 and Causeway.

ooooo really that would be a perfect area! Is it a subdivision? Do you know the name of it? It's not easily to find rentals online so we've been driving around neighborhoods that we like to look for signs

I live in Brandon (but the adress is Riverview, because its right on the border) My neighborhood is all townhomes, sort of behind Costco on causeway, and target on bloomingdale (between them haha). Called Valhalla (its gated). I love it because we are RIGHT off the interstate, where you can pick up the crosstown. So I can make it to downtown in 15 mins! But I dont have to deal with Tampa traffic or any of that. I live two mins away from Brandon mall. Theres LOTSA homes for sale because people bought up a bunch and tried to flip them, then the market went down! So they are great prices. But like I said, they are townhomes so if your wanting an individual home, Im not sure whats around here =/

Yeah there are SO many for rent. There are multiple different units (like different sizes and layouts and whatnot) If you drive around, theres lots of for rent signs! This website at least gives you pictures and stuff (they are all for sale though)http://www.brandonre.com/searchvalhalla.php

the gate is never "open" But if you just wait a couple of mins, for someone to drive through, you can just follow them through and it will stay open. (if it starts to shut....keep going through, the sensors re open it)
