As involved as you are, everthing will run smooth. Second, when I lived in Brandon/Riverview..I lived in Courtney Palms off 301, they are literally a second from the interstate.. They were apartments back in the day, but now they are private condos. However, many people rent out their condos...cheap! Cheaper than rent was for me years ago. Anyway, they are absolutely beautiful, as well as the community. Might be worth checking out. Try googling "Courtney Palms in Tampa" bc it's technically 33619 zip. Ok, that's all
