Tablecloths..$180 for 20 sound right?

I have been searching high and low for these things. I need at least 20 tablecloths that will fit a 56" round. Is 90" to short? I really don't care if it goes to the floor or not. I just don't want plastic tablecloths when everything else is very elegant looking. I found these item=390070193272 on ebay and they seem to be a pretty good deal. At least it is cheaper than renting and I can get some of my money back by selling after the wedding.TIA!

90" is not too short in terms of the fact that it will cover the top of the table and hang down 17 inches on each side.  As far as the price, I know I can rent linens from my venue for $6.25 a piece.  I realize you are buying, and I haven't personally looked into buying, so $9 might be a good price.  But one reason to rent vs. buy - you will have to make sure all 20 are ironed and don't get wrinkled before the wedding which might be a pain.  Can you check with your caterer to see if they have linens they will rent to you?  It might be easier than buying them yourself.

Another thing about buying and then reselling linens, you'll have to clean them before you sell them, which will cost you money. But if you don't clean and resell, that's probably still a better price than renting (assuming the quality you get is what you were expecting). Have you tried Sphire Elegance or Frills Rentals or L&H Company (proceed with caution on this one)? What about the rental companies in Dayton? They seem to be cheaper than the Cincinnati ones, although I'm not sure what their linen prices are. Also, don't be afraid to bargain. I don't know if it'll work but it's worth a try, I think.Good luck, hope it works out.
