Let's say I wanted to give one to someone for a present, and I wanted a "good quality handkerchief." Where in the world does one shop for hankies in Cincinnati?  (Never in my life did I suspect needing an answer to this question )

Hobby Lobby has some for the bride, groom, WP, and parents. Also you could try a Tux shop.

Etsy has some nice ones. I am buying just plain hankies and taking them to be embroidered

The ones at Hobby Lobby and Michaels are poor quality.

My dad still uses hankies so I have bought many in my lifetime. Check at department stores. Dillards have the nicest ones but can be a little pricey unless they are on sale. Sears and JC Penney has pretty nice ones at a much nicer price.
