Bridal Roma @ Duke Energy Convention Center???

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone went to the Bridal Roma show at the Duke Energy Convention Center today??? OMG the fashion show was AMAZING. That was so much fun. The "stripper" theme was hot lol. And I liked the Michael Jackson tribute. Anyone else go today?

No. I was way bummed when I couldn't get off of work for it. Good time this year?

I went but only stayed for an hour. I was a little disappointed, when my sister got married 6 years ago we went to the Bridal Rama and it was so much better than this year. Then again I have all of my vendors except for a baker and there was only 2 there today so maybe if I hadn't gotten any of my other vendors booked I would have gotten more out of it. But it did give me inspiration to start dress shopping. I tried on like 10 different dresses at Wendy's Bridal today and I fell in love with 2 of them. It's gong to be so hard to only choose 1. But I've decided to go to a few different shops before purchasing one.

My mom and I were there, but only for about an hour. Our only goal was to find a limo company that has a vintage car and see if we could get any deals if we booked today... and we did both!Yay! We didn't hang around much longer because I just had my wisdom teeth taken out on Thursday, and I am still pretty miserable.I have to agree with pp. I have been to Bridalrama before, and today was a bit disappointing.

aww dang I missed it?! I wanted to go so bad so I could do a taste test of some of the local bakers instead of driving all over. Oh well

The summer show is usually much smaller than the winter one.  Makes sense- Vendors are busier during the summer.

I was disappointed as well.  I've been before to both the winter and summer shows.  This one was extremely tiny even for a summer show.  Only one of the vendors was worth my time.  I love DessertWorks.  I've dealt with them before and they are amazing.  I'm hoping that the bridal show at the Dayton Convention center is more helpful.  I live right between Cincy and Dayton so I can take advantage of both cities.

I went in the hopes of finding a photographer. I got to talk to one I had been looking at online, and I'm glad I met him in person because he was a huge jerk.

I went and I LOVED LOVED the fashion show! It was so much fun! LOVED the stripper theme and the models looked like they had a blast doing it! Such high energy! My future step daughter caught a ring pop and a rose =) I also heard that it was very small and honestly didnt get anything I needed! They mostly had photographers and ceremony/receptions sites... totally disappointed about the selections of vendors! But was fun to do with my bridesmaid =)
