Anybody worried about FL beaches?

I've been watching this nasty oil spill, and i'm wondering how you girls, who are getting married on the beach feeling about it. Do you plan to cancel your beach wedding if oil gets to the shore? This is just breaks my heart :o(

    A friend of ours is friend is getting married next month up in the Destin/Santa Rosa Beach area in the panhandle and I am terrified that it could ruin her photo opportunities and ruin the beach.

    The whole situation is just so sad :(

    They are trying to burn some of it to at least slow it down. I hope they can do something quick!

    For the sake of the brides (and the marine life too) with weddings soon, I hope they are able to do something before it hits the beaches.  Sad.

    I asked my wedding coordinator and she said that the St. Pete Beach area should be fine. Everyone please say a prayer for all of us brides getting married on the gulf!
