These past few weeks have been a little rocky between FI and I.  Just with wedding stress and his work and money stress its been tough.  So Saturday night we decided to work on some wedding stuff together.  We went to Home Depot and then out to eat and got ice cream on the way home.  SCHNEIDERS YUM!  And then we sat on the couch together eating our ice cream and watching something silly I am sure.  But it was then that I felt it... that feeling of this is it...this is what it is all about.  This is what all of our hard work is going towards.  These simple moments that make you realize that everything before this love doesn't even compare, and the simple moments are what you look forward to.Sorry so long and I got a little deep there for a second.   :)  Life is Good!

    Oh my goodness! I can totally relate!! I have been super stressed out because I have done so many DIY projects and the Fiance has been stressed because of his job. We used to be so excited about getting married and I just feel like the last 6 months especially the last two months have been very stressful for both of us and we hate it because were supposed to be enjoying every minute of it. I think a lot of it has to do with being on a budget and trying to work on so many projects within a certain timeframe, and he is so busy with work..... we don't have those nights that we used to. Recently, we went out to dinner and saw a movie and relaxed after words. Not once did I mention anything wedding related and he didn't talk about work.. It was so fun and it felt so great to have that moment because like you said, those will be the moments after the wedding!!! I am glad you two had a night to relax and have fun!!

    enjoy it while you can. Once or if you have kids those moments are gone. We have 3 kids and we never have a moment to ourselves always a kid wanting attention.
