Bayanihan Advice

Hi, I recently visited Bayanihan and both fiance and I like this place. We've been looking at other places as well and we're narrowing down our options. Just wondering if anyone was married here and have any advice. The pros, the cons, good places in Westchase to take pictures, and any other helpful information.

    The place is very pretty and they offer tons of decor options for a GREAT price...just make sure that everything that you are promised is given to you in writing.  And I don't just mean with this venue...you should do the same with any venue or vendor that you contract with!  This venue was just recently featured on MTV so you may be able to google the name in junction with MTV Wedding and find the show on the internet.

    Thank you so much. I do plan to get everything in writing and read all the paper work thoroughly before signing a contract with the vendors I choose. I want to get what I asked for and no unexpected financial surprises when the day is over. 

    About to go look them up with MTV wedding.

    There's a bridge in Westchase off Linebaugh that would be an awesome place to take pictures and a shelter place where people have birthday parties that has a gazebo.  I think there's also a gazebo on Montague in Westchase Village.  The Westchase golf course should be good for pictures.

    ooh I like the bridge idea. I will check out the other places you suggested as well and see if i have to get permission to take pictures. My fiance and I thought about the golf course idea as well but we figured we should ask first. 

    Thanks for the ideas. We'll probably do another drive through over the weekend. Looking forward to it now....now that we have a good place to start.

    Wow this place looks so pretty! I haven't seen it until now. We are planning a June wedding and may have to change our venue due to money issues. Do you have any idea what the rental rates are for a friday reception? They don't have pricing online. Thanks, good luck!

    I agree, it's pretty. I was trying to get my fiance involved in the planning process and he was the most excited about this place. lol.  You have to see it in person. I was inquiring about another day (other than Friday) but I know Sat. is their most expensive day. I think you should give them a call. They were really friendly
