So I have finalized my Menu with Olympia Catering (YAY!!!)
We will be having passed Hor Devours:
Brushetta
Mushroom caps filled with spinach and cheese
Beef and Cheese Empanadas
Crab Cakes
Salad:
Spring Mix with Goat cheese, pecans and strawberries with a vinegarette
Main Course:
Signature ChickeN ( Stufed with herb cheese)
Peppper Chared Roat Beef (Top round)
Roasted Red Potatoes
Mixed Vegtables
Bread and Butter
Desert:
3 teir Wedding Cake: It will be Half chocolate Half Vanilla with a Raspberry filling and Butter cream icing.
I also FinalizedCenter pieces and linens
We will have 1/2 my tables with a huricane glass and single candle then the other 1/2 will have 3 candles of varying height. Around these we will have pink and white rose petals.
We will have black table linens with White chair covers and Black Sashes. The Sweetheart table will have damask print linen under the black (which will be drapped)
For the Ceremony we will have White Garden Chairs and rose petals lining the aisle.
