Ceremony/Reception- Willowtree Inn Before: C/ Day of: A-Beautiful place and ceremony and reception in one place. Communication left a little something to be desired. Also, you put down a deposit that doesn't come off the total balance. If everything is fine, they will mail the deposit back to you. So, plan on $500 more than the total cost (which is refunded if no problems) Day of everything was great. All tables and chairs set up just the way we asked for the reception. Ceremony was setup perfect too. DJ: SongbirdBefore: D/ Day of: B-We went with her without meeting her, just by phone and email. She came through a family recommendation. (Not the smartest decision, I realized a little too late). When we did meet with her, her professionalism was less than stellar and both DH and I were trying to figure out where to get a DJ at last minute. We ended up using her and things were pretty good. She followed what we asked for, for the most part, kept the music upbeat and fun. Cake: Patti Cakes BakeryBefore: A/ Day of: A+++++AWESOME! We went with a cupcake cake. Great price and reasonable delivery fee. Cake looked beautiful and cupcakes were wonderful!Caterer: OrdingsBefore: A/ Day of AGreat food. Arrived on time, no problems. Only minor hiccup was that the food that was left over, they left containers, but no lids. Everyone loved the food.Photographer: Amy AtkinsBefore: A+/ Day of: A++++Amy is a personal friend and does photography on the side. She was great! She did our engagement pics and they are beautiful.
