Need some motivation

So I just passed my 6 month countdown and I'm starting to have a small freakout.  Vendors are booked but we still have to pick a menu. The only things I really need to do are invitations, program, escort cards and favors. Oh and FI and I still haven't done pre cana and we didn't book a honeymoon. So just those things are making me worried, especially since I'm booked with things to do every weekend until February.

So...yeah...did anyone else have a major freakout? Am I getting overwhelmed for nothing? Tell me I have plenty of time yet!

I had a major freakout like every 3 months for a year and a half.  Having the big stuff (vendors, etc.) is great!  that is the toughest part because you have to rely on other people.  Take a deep breath and make a to-do list.  Of specifics -- not just "plan honeymoon" but "talk to FI about destination", "choose dates", "research hotels", "book airline tickets" ,etc.  Then check them off as you do them.  (and just fyi, we didn't plan our honeymoon until 9 weeks before the wedding)  

This is normal -- but making a list makes it A LOT less overwhelming and manageable.  And DON'T be afraid to get people to help -- most family/friends would love to do things like stuff envelopes or fold cards for you.

The to do list is something I haven't done at all but that might actually help. I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets overwhelmed with all this stuff to do.

I hear ya! I have a little over 7 months and am beyond freaking out. You have a lot more accomplished then I do!
