Top of the Market Dayton

Has anyone had their reception there and what was your experience like? I have a friend that is considering booking and I don't want her to make a mistake! When I was on here last year (married in Oct. '08) I saw many bad reviews and I'm wondering if the place has cleaned up their act?!!

    When I was searching for venues early 2008, Top of the Market was still a no no.....I haven't heard much since. It's a shame, that building is beautiful!

    I just DJ'ed a wedding there on September 5th. I have to agree it's a beautiful building and personally I thought it was a great place to have a wedding. The staff seemed very friendly and my bride and groom enjoyed it. With anything else just chek it out and go with what your gut is telling you,

    Honestly when I was researching venues last year on this board I asked and many people had it was a "no-no" like pp said. I might keep looking, just to be safe.
