Consumed Alcohol at Weddings

Hi All- I get to bring my own alcohol to my reception site and have no idea how much to get. I will have approximately 200 drinking guests. I heard 3 kegs and 10 bottles of wine would be enough but that just doesn't sound right. Anyone have any suggestions? I am providing beer and wine and POSSIBLY liquor... If you have an idea, please let me know how much I would get for beer+wine bar and beer+wine+liquor bar for 200 drinking guests.

A bottle of wine only has 3-4 glasses in it, so I think the wine estimate is WAY off.  I've been out to dinner with my in-laws where they've ordered 3 bottles for seven adults.

I think it's a good idea to buy a little more than what' s listed here. You definitely don't want to run out!

I heard that cork & bottle lets you take back extra cases...not sure if that's true, but you might want to look into it.

You can return wine in KY but not in Ohio.  I have returned it to Cork and Bottle before.  I agree, the wine estimate is way off.  Depending on whether your guests prefer wine or beer, I think you need at least 4 cases of wine.  I got 2 extra cases at Party Source at the last minute and found some great bargains--wine discounted to $2.99, and people loved it.
