Did you check out their website??

They are brand new, and are part of the new bowling alley down there. I thought it sounded like a fun start to an awesome evening. They just opened on the 23rd? Their food packages looked good, and they have bowling and a mechanical bull.

My sister-in-laws bachelorette party was on the levee and we started at Bar Louie, then Tropicana (yea, it was awhile ago!) and then onto Arnies. It was lots of fun.

NOw that there's no Tropicana, I thought Toro/Star Lanes would be a fun change- even for those friends that don't like the "club" scene!

Yes I checked their website and thought it looked like a lot of fun...but I don't live locally and when I had my bachelorette party in newport last june tropicana was still around..haha..I thought maybe there was some avid bar goers here that might have checked it out already.... Friends b-party is may 15th and we'll probably go there...  :)

Awesome, be sure to post about it afterwards!

I am also interested in hearing personal reiews, though I am sure it would have a lot to do with the type of crowd that particular evening.

It looked like they were off to a bit of a slow start on opening night when we walked past on our way to dinner at Brio's(about 6), but by the time our show let out at Shadowbox around 10-10:30 they had a line going in the place.

I'd like to know their pricing on bowling in particular.

    Have lots of fun!

What's the deal with the free b-party? I have a friend who threw that out as an idea for her June  party but her BM said that it would cost like $40 per person (though it also seems like she copied and pasted the info directly from the website so she may not have a clue about a freebie).
