I have two rolls of 100 - 44 cent Forever Stamps for $41 per roll. If you take both rolls, I will sell for $40 per roll saving you a total of $8! They are the American Flag design and are new and sealed.
My father bought these for me not realizing they make stamps with wedding cakes on them which are the ones I wanted. I went to return them to the post office and the post office does not return or exchange postage for any reason!
