Any unique ideas for wedding reception you can share

Im having my wedding in August at Aston Oaks and i'm looking for creative ideas to entertain my guest at my wedding reception. I'm completely open to ideas. I plan on possibly using smiling eyes photobooth and aroma's gelato bar. Any suggestions, or any experience with these vendors?  Thanks so much!

Your wedding is this coming August? As in, about a month away?

I did a casino night, but it fit our venue more than it might at Aston Oaks.  I would recommend it though.  The guests loved it, and most people stayed until the end (because we gave away a prize, they wanted to see if they won).

The gelato bar sounds like a really neat idea!

This sounds too simple, but the best thing we did at our reception was to let our guests start eating as soon as they arrived (we were doing pictures after the ceremony).  As a guest, I hate having to sit around and wait for the bridal party to arrive before we can start eating/drinking/dancing/etc. As a bride, I found that ALL my guests were happy, well-fed, and ready to party once we arrived at the reception.  Plus, people came to ME (instead of the other way around) to get their one-on-one "thanks for inviting me/thanks for coming" time.  Seriously, it went so well that I'm surprised more receptions don't go this way.

Hope that helps! Oh, and I LOVE the gelato bar idea :)

For my toss boquet I am planning on inviting everyone up (single and not). I will be making paper flowers out of lottery tickets for the boquet to toss :)

Also, you could have I spy games on a few tables or Cootie Catchers (love them).

Good Luck and the gelato bar things sounds amazing!
