photojournalistic photographer on a budget

I was just wondering if any of you knew of any great photographers in the cincy area for around $1500 for the day?  I love fun vintage photojournalistic photos!  Any suggestions??

    I'm going with Marissa Bowers. She has one package for $1500. I like the details she gets as she's shooting the candid moments.

    I'm paying $1800 for 6 hours of coverage with 2 photographers.  She's awesome, really flexible and easy to talk to.  Plus, she used to be a Bengal so it will be easy to get all the guys to smile! haha

    I just used Sheila Castle Photography for my sisters senior pictures and she does GREAT work!!! She is very reasonably priced and she takes all natural light photography.     Ashley Steele and her husband have a package for $1575 for unlimited time. I love them both. Her packages and prices are plainly listed on her website and there are no hidden charges like some other people. She is so sweet and if you ask I'm sure she can work that package down to $1500.     Oh, and I wouldn't be too sad about innovatory. When we met with him, first he was late, and second he told us that he doesn't really do any editing so you get mostly raw pictures which is a really big deal with digital pictures. You want editing. Just my opinion, I know some love him.

    yep my date is 9.10.11!  We picked it not realizing how popular it would be! lol  I have been emailing all of your suggestions and they have all been getting back to me very quickly!  Looks like we are going to have make some decisions! lol

    Contact Michelle Jackson at Nixon Photography. They have a wide variety of packages and prices. She is amazing to work with and does absolutely beautiful work.     Robert Hogan No. 9 Images.  For $1500 we got 8 + hours, numerous prints of our choice, an album, and a high res CD of all our shots (over 1300) in color, B & W, and sepia.  He has smaller packages as well.  Check out his website.

    I'm a fan of Lisa Rice Photography, who starts at $1k.  She has done vintage shoots before and does a good job.  She's based out of Columbus and can travel to Cinci for under $100.  Check out her work at http://lisaricephotography.com/blog.
