Hello Ladies - I hope everyone is enjoying the wedding planning experience. I know I did although planning a wedding in 6 months I may have gained a gray hair or two but my vendors were fantastic & made the experience that much more enjoyable.
1. Hair - Tonya Benz from Benzie Salon in Montgomery. She was fantastic, came to the hotel, reasonable priced and sweet as pie. She is a doll & every one of my girls loved their hair. Including me. My hair & veil were the statement pieces of the day & Tonya worked it!!! Heck I worked it b/c she was that good!
2. Flower - Susan Foy @
http://theweddingdesigner.blogspot.com/. I'll be honest flowers weren't my priority so it was awesome to have someone that could speak to a black thumb, see my vision & design beautiful bouquets. She was willing to work within my budget & I received so many compliments.
3. Photographer - Tracy Doyle @
www.tracydoylephotography.com. She was FANTASTIC. I've already referred a ton of friends & anyone I meet to her. She is flexible & laid back (which came in handy as we took the engagement pics at an old farm...tall grass, bugs, hottest day of the summer...need I say more)
4. Madison in Covington - Believe me ladies I shopped around but no one could meet my budget, demands & were just plain great to work with than the Madison. We wanted a unique venue, while that's not the Madison they made it SPECIAL. I had a vision & boy did they meet it. Chef Todd was unbelievable (the food was critical to me & it was delicious).
5. Brian Childs DJ @ pchilds1@cinci.rr.com. Fun & patient. I'm not a huge music buff but I wanted my guest to walk out of the wedding tired b/c they'd danced the night away. Brian did a fantastic job. I never worried about a thing, period.
6. Cake - Last but certainly not least. Shelley Knight @ dsaintknight@hotmail.com. We practically ran out of cupcakes. It smelled like Heaven, need I say more.
