Hi!

My FI and are are hoping for some feedback on the Westin and Bucuti Beach Resorts in Aruba.  Because September is hurricane season in the USVI, we may be changing our honeymoon destination.

Who knew honeymoon planning would be so hard?  Its a tricky decision to make!!

    Aruba is below the hurricane belt so you don't have to worry to much about it.
    We are going in June and staying at Radisson -I can't wait!

    Never stayed at either of those, but have a timeshare in the Occidental.  You should be fine with the weather.  Have fun!!  (If you and your husband like a good steak dinner, I highly recommend El Gaucho in town for dinner)

    Thanks, fellow brides!

    After weeks of research, and a zillion questions to the travel agent, I think it will be Bucuti!  The Bucti, rather than the Westin, seems much closer to what we were hoping for our honeymoon... Peaceful, quite and beautiful. 

    We are also going to opt for the dine around option.  Basically we will be pre-paying for 5 meals and can use the vouchers at any of the participating restaurants.  El Gaucho is included! 

    I am SO PUMPED!!  Although a little disappointed that our $3000 budget was unrealistic and we have already gone over...  oh well, its a once in a lifetime trip, right?!
