Has anyone been to or are they going to Eleuthera? My FI would like to go there for our honeymoon but we are having a difficult time finding infomation.

    It's an amazing island of the Bahamas! My dad grew up there and we used to go. I would recommend doing it as part of a sailing charter (leave from Nassau) or rent a ocean side cottage - go to www.vrbo.com to find one. It is a beautiful island but if you're looking for an all inclusive don't bother - it's a bit more rustic / cook your own fish type of place IMO but would be super fun and you certainly can't beat the beaches!!

    PS Staniel Cay is an amazing spot as well in the Bahamas! All of the islands are amazing!

    Thanks for the infomation! We really want to go somewhere that isn't flooded with honeymooners making out all over... we just want to be the honeymooning couple :). I heard about island and just couldn't find much. I went to a travel agent and they acted shocked when I asked about it!
