Fresh local asparagus, red, yellow and orange peppers diced and cooked on the grill (still crunchy!) with jumbo tiger shrimp, also cooked on the grill, all on top of brown rice vermicelli... A full plate for a grand total of about 450 calories. MMM!!!
Also, I'm proud of myself - I got up at 5:45 this morning and went for a 6.5 km run before work. It doesn't sound like much, but it's the furthest I've run on my own outside of a race, and I felt like a million bucks after.
Tonight I'm having a well deserved lazy night!
