Smaller Venues in CT

Hey guys.

I'm getting married at my church in Windsor CT and we are looking for a smaller venue.  We have our list and with every single person showing up we have at most 135 guest.  It is more likely that it will be just over 100 guest.  I'm having problems finding places where we won't be swallowed alive, in that it looks like the places it too big for your small amount of guest.  

Since we are getting married in North CT something on the shore line is a little too far. Any suggestions? I feel like I've see everything on the internet!

It will be either Fall 2012 but more likely Spring 2013 seeing as it is almost a year till next fall!.

what about the Mill on the River? It's a smaller venue, near water, and has a rustic feel.
There's also Glastonbury Hills Country Club, Manchester Country Club, and the Boathouse (Hartford)--we looked at all of these, you might want to check them out Good luck!

What about some of the country clubs in Simsbury? Tower Ridge has beautiful grounds!

Mill on the river is beautiful and is perfect for smaller parties!

It was too small for us but probably be perfect for you!!

 The Gershon Fox and The Society Room are perfect for groups around 100

Georgina's, The Hartford Club, Manchester Country Club, Farmington Club, Crystal Room are also all good choices at a little lower of a price point.

I'll give props to my venue, we're having about 80 guests and it's a rustic fall wedding planned for this year at

the website doesn't do it justice, you need to go visit

The webb barn holds 135 but will be very comfortable with about 100.
I'll give props to my florist too because I'm super excited after seeing my flowers and my bill
